Intellectual Lead Prompt Manager provides users with tools to create, save, categorize, and synchronize prompts for use with third-party artificial intelligence platforms like ChatGPT. The Service includes a free tier with limitations and a subscription-based premium tier with expanded features.

The Service offers a free plan, which is subject to limitations on the number of prompts you can save, as detailed on our pricing page and within the Service.
We offer a subscription-based premium plan (“Premium Plan”) that provides access to additional features, such as unlimited prompt storage. By purchasing a Premium Plan, you agree to pay the specified recurring subscription fees. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Premium Plan at any time through your subscription management portal, which is accessible from the settings page within the Service. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you create and save using the Service (“User Content”). However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of any third party.
The Service may contain links to affiliate websites, and we receive an affiliate commission for any purchases made by you on the affiliate website using such links. Our participation in affiliate programs does not increase the cost of any product or service to you.
We are a participant in various affiliate marketing programs, which are designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to affiliated sites. When you click on these links, you will be directed to a third-party website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Excluding your User Content, all aspects of the Service, including the website, browser extension, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Jean-marc Buchert EI and its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service or any third-party AI platforms will be accurate or reliable.
In no event shall Jean-marc Buchert EI, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
